NHS freshmen help City plant trees

The City of Nezperce held its annual Arbor Day observance on Tuesday, April 28.

The Nezperce High School freshman class and Principal Misty Cook helped Mayor Tyler Nelson and the city maintenance team plant trees as part of the celebration.

Following the tree planting, City Clerk Rhonda Schmidt and City Deputy Clerk Leigh Ross cooked burgers and hot dogs for the students as well as Nezperce residents.
