Library plans book club, bouquet-making night

March 16, 2026

The Nezperce Library has planned events for April.

In April, the Nezperce Library plans to launch a book club and hold a bouquet-making evening.

The book club, which will be a monthly event, is tentatively planned to start April 8 at 7 p.m. Those interested are asked to RSVP with their name, phone number and choice of book to Tracy Jarvis at nezperce.library@prld.org.

The book choices are as follows:

  • Real Americans by Rachel Khong - An exhilarating novel of American identity that spans three generations in one family and asks: What makes us who we are? And how inevitable are our futures?
  • All Fours by Miranda July - A semi-famous artist announces her plan to drive cross-country, from LA to NY. Twenty minutes after leaving her husband and child at home, she spontaneously exits the freeway, beds down in a nondescript motel, and immerses herself in a temporary reinvention that turns out to be the start of an entirely different journey.
  • The Switch by Beth O’Leary - Leena is too young to feel stuck, and her grandmother Eileen is too old to start over . It’s time for the switch.

Along with the book club, the library also plans to host an evening of making bouquets starting at 7 p.m. April 15. Participants are asked to RSVP to Tracy with their name and phone number to ensure the correct amount of supplies are available.
